CARE Movie Night: The True Cost

BASIS Care Committee will host a movie night on sustainability and fashion. We invite you to watch The True Cost with us, a movie that tackles topics like fast fashion and its costs, whilst also dismantling the shiny facades of our consumer society. We hope to raise awareness for this topic, change consumption patterns, and engage with alternatives to the current consumer culture. For this end, the screening will be followed by an open discussion, where we encourage you to voice your opinions and ideas, show how you try to consume clothes in a more sustainable manner, and will explore different alternatives together
