At our annual Charity Ball we bring together in one night what our study course stands for: educating ourselves on current issues, being socially engaged, making the world a better place, and most importantly, having the best time of our lives while doing so!
Last year, the fantastic board hosted the first Charity Ball in 3 years. The event was sold out and everyone who came had a great time and saw out the academic year in style. With the food, the drinks and the music, this was an event not to be missed. We raised around 2.5k for Mileaudefensie in May 2022 and we are looking to smash that figure for this year.
Coming up, in addition to our massive event in May 2023, the new board is planing a Winter version of the ball which will bring the Christmas spirit to Uni Leiden. Kick off the festivities with us and mark the end of the semester. Keep your eye on the BASIS insta for updates on our events!
