Unlocking Desires: Workshop by Marga Berlinski

For this event Care Committee will be hosting Marga Berlinski, a life and intimacy coach from Turn on the Netherlands. Our speaker will be giving a workshop on the topic of Personal Nourishment.

As individuals, we often find ourselves stressed in the face of responsibilities and environmental factors. In an attempt to unwind we may take avenues that seem healthy but, numb our desires instead. Furthermore, we may not fully allow ourselves to recharge, instead feeling guilty all the while becoming more exhausted. This workshop will provide tools to help participants identify their desires and needs and find true relaxation and nourishment based on these discoveries. This is especially important given the mental toll pandemic has had on students, faculty, and other members of the public.

The event will take place via zoom to ensure greater accessibility.
