When given an objective, what do you do to get all your teammates on the same page? How do you ensure collective motivation and commitment to the project? What does it take to get everyone on board?

When leading a team, getting your fellow members on board and making sure everyone is on the same page is one of your main interests. Getting the job done being the endgame, achieving this may prove difficult when working with a larger amount of people. That is why we offer you the opportunity to refine your leadership and team building skills during this workshop!

You will be given the tools to:
– Establish a strong base for your team to build itself on
– Instill shared values and objectives
– Motivate your teammates
– Facilitate a fluent and efficient work ethic in the team

Join this workshops and learn what it takes to unite in common cause.

ANUBHAV KANDPAL
Director at Conscious Kitchen and Freelance Consultant on Supply Chain Sustainability, Systems Transition and Leadership

Anubhav (Anu) is passionate about sustainability, systems thinking, community building, food and photography. He believes our world is a complex and connected organism, greater than the sum of its parts, where we all have small but essential parts to play.

At the Conscious Kitchen, they organize weekly dinners to promote community, conscious living and sustainability. They aim to bring people together over food, and in doing so create awareness about food waste and show how to cook with any fruits and veggies given to you and how good plant-based food can be.
