Mikhail Khodorkovsky, critic of President Putin, former captain of industry and head of Yukos Oil, is making his first public visit to the Netherlands. Mr Khodorkovsky will debate at Campus The Hague with students, lecturers and the general public about the future of democracy and civil society in Russia.
Kysia Hekster, former Moscow correspondent of Dutch public television, NOS, will moderate the Q&A with the public.
