Have you always wanted an abuela, who passes her traditional recipes on to you? Are you sadly your abuela’s least favourite grandchild or is your family not from Latin America? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you:
Our very own (Dutch) Argentinian abuela Nicolas van Dam will teach you how to make Argentinian Empanadas from the Tucumán province! Just get your ingredients beforehand, cook along to BASIS’s IG live, and interact with us in the chat as we talk about the dish’s cultural background.
Any other questions, i.e about choosing Latin America as a region are also very welcome and will be co-hosted by Nicolás Vargas.
