In light of Black History month and Anton de Kom’s 123rd birthday, we are excited to welcome Dr. Karwan Fatah-Black as our guest speaker. We are also welcoming the Stichting Standbeeld Anton de Kom in Den Haag, who are working on erecting a statue of Anton de Kom in The Hague. Please join us for an evening to discuss the importance of Anton de Kom in Dutch and anti-colonial history – and acknowledging him and his work in the Dutch curriculum!
