Guest lecture on the strategic perspectives of the war in Ukraine by Leiden University professor Dr. Lukas Milevski.
Dr. Lukas Milevski specializes in war and strategic studies and is a holder of a doctorate degree in strategy from University of Oxford. Throughout his professional career, he has written on topics ranging from strategic theory to grand strategy, nuclear strategy, military operations and defense policy. As part of the lecture, Dr. Milevski will discuss the strategic objectives of the ongoing war in Ukraine and what may have shaped Russia’s military strategy.
