CareCom invites you to join us for a Yoga Session guided by Katie Busch! 🙏🏻
We will flow through different postures and share about how to implement a daily routine of mindfulness.
All levels of experience are welcome to join the flow.
If you have, please bring your own Yoga mat and come in comfortable clothes.
