DESCRIPTION:**Attention** This event is only open to BASIS members as per Leiden University COVID -19 regulations. \nHelp us make the First Years Day unforgettable! You can do so by joining the Scavenger Hunt around The Hague organised by the FYW Committee. \nParticipants will be divided in small groups and will have 2 hours to win the hunt\, while also competing to complete the infamous Crazy 44 List. It is a fun way to discover The Hague and finally meet the people you will spend the next three years with! \nThe Scavenger Hunt there will be followed by an optional Leiden tour\, guided by the wise and old second years. Public transportation is not included in the price. Remember your mask! \nWe hope to see you there! \nIf you are having trouble purchasing the ticket\, ensure you are logged into your BASIS account.  \nDue to this event being only open to BASIS members there is no special discount for members.

All 2019’s freshmen willing to get to know our study association\, excited to meet fellow first year students\, and up for a good time will enjoy this weekend full of hilarious activities\, crazy parties\, and the best people ever. By having a blast with first\, second\, and third year students\, this weekend is the perfect opportunity to create new friendships\, make great memories together\, and start off your course with loads of positive energy! Besides that\, this weekend is the perfect possibility to get to know the Dutch culture\, as we will be staying in the Dutch countryside. \nTransportation \nTransportation to and from the FYW´s venue is included in the ticket price. Bus transportation has been arranged to and from The Hague. DESCRIPTION:All tickets are sold out \nBASIS\, the one and only study association of International Studies\, is happy to announce the third edition of the First Years’ Weekend! All 2018’s freshmen willing to get to know our study association\, excited to meet fellow first year students\, and not afraid of socializing are welcome to enjoy this weekend full of hilarious activities\, crazy parties\, and the best people ever. Having a good time with first\, second\, and third year students\, this weekend is the perfect opportunity to create new friendships\, make great memories together\, and start of your course with loads of positive energy! Besides that\, this weekend is the perfect possibility to get to know the Dutch culture\, as we will be staying on a typical Dutch farm on the countryside.  \n  \nTwo types of tickets \nWe have a couple of rooms and a big sleeping hall. This means that there are two different ways to sleep. If you can bring your own sleeping mat and you don’t mind sleeping in a big attic\, we advise you to buy the non-bed ticket. If you can’t bring your own sleeping mat\, or you prefer to sleep in a room\, we advise you to buy the bed-ticket (more expensive) ticket. \n  \nTransportation \nTransportation to and from the FYW´s venue is included in the ticket price. Bus transportation has been arranged to and from The Hague.
