SUMMARY:"Humanities for Humanity" Charity Gala 2026
DESCRIPTION:Charity Gala\, Don’t Miss Out! \nJoin our Charity Gala on the 28th of February for a delightful evening full of conversation\, connection\, and community! \nOver the years\, the Humanities Faculty of education has been facing challenges\, such as the declining student engagement and governmental financial support. This Gala is an invitation to reflect\, and advocate why the humanities remain essential in today’s world. \nYou will be welcomed by live jazz music\, accompanied by soft beverages and light snacks. Throughout the evening\, guest speakers will share insights on the role of the humanities in contemporary society\, while attendees are encouraged to engage in meaningful conversations with fellow students\, alumni\, faculty members\, and representatives from non-governmental and community organizations. \nDon’t forget!! During the Gala\, our exhibition “Humans for Humanities” will be taking place\, which highlights the voices of our alumni from the university community! The exhibition will help shed light on the different paths alumni have followed after graduating\, and how they have contributed to humanities.  \nMake sure to keep in touch for sensational updates on the guest speakers and the Gala’s upcoming program!  \nDate: 28/02/2026 \nTime: Arrivals from 19h-19h30\, the event will end at 23h  \nPlace: Mauritshuis  \nDress Code: Black tie optional/Cocktail  \n*Members need to be logged in to receive their membership discount!!
