Live cooking with Europe x Culinary Committee

Hey everyone,
Normally the Culinary Committee creates the event known as Area Food Fair, where everyone can try out food from the different regions and first years can get some inspiration for their region choice. Given the circumstances we cannot do this, so we are now collaborating with some region committees to have an online version of this great event.
Together with the Europe Committee we will cook a quick, easy, healthy lasagne, for which you can find the recipe down below. This event can be followed on Instagram Live. Here you can also ask everything about choosing Europe as a region.

Vegetarian lasagne with spinach and lentils – 4 servings
– 1 medium onion
– 400 gr of mushrooms
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 750 gr spinach (deepfrozen)
– 2 tablespoons of italian herbs
– 200 gr ‘zuivelspread’ ( dairy spread)
– 400 gr lentils (canned)
– 12 pasta sheets of lasagne (multigrain)
– 150 gr grated cheese (30+)
Make sure you have:
– an oven
– an oven dish
– a strainer
– seasoning
